Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at gamingvidssupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

You retain ownership of the clips, videos, text, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant GamingVault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies retained in backups or caches for a limited time.

You promise that you own or have the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload gameplay, clips, or other content that you did not create or do not have permission to share. Uploading content you do not own may result in its removal and termination of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, infringing, stolen, or that you lack the rights to share.
• Post hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that targets or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Post sexually explicit content, gratuitous violence outside of normal gameplay, or content harmful to minors.
• Mislabel or miscategorize content to deceive other users.
• Impersonate any person, creator, or brand, or falsely claim a connection to one.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or access the Service through automated means except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to inflate views, votes, or other metrics, or otherwise game the platform.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.).

You may connect Twitch, YouTube, or Kick accounts that you own. By connecting an account, you authorize us to verify your channel and display your live status and stream on your profile. You may disconnect any account at any time in Settings. You must only connect accounts that genuinely belong to you.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful to the Service or its users. We may also use automated tools to filter prohibited language. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL of the infringing material; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers. If your content is removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content (including embedded third-party videos and live streams) will always be available or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamingVault and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GamingVault and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
